Under the technical know how we are making plastic bags and sheets of HM, PP, LD and LLDPE, which can totally degrade. The degradation of the product starts from a time, which can be predetermined at the time of its manufacturing. The totally degradable products have the same strength, finish and appearance as the non-degradable plastic. The starting time for degradation can be set from 3 months to 2 years or more as per the requirement of the buyer. We have the capacity to produce 700- 800 tones of plastic tube per month. Option of supplying the rolls of tubes/sheets, bags of various sizes, shapes in different thickness and with printing are also available. We can supply food grade LD, LLDPE, PP bags. We are currently in the process finalizing our agreement with bulk buyers in the field of milk production, bread manufacture, forest department, Big Jewelery shop, Chain stores, Garment exporters, etc.. for their requirement of totally degradable plastics.

Production of plastic by way of injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion do not create water and air pollution.. The only problem associated with plastic is its disposal.
An ordinary polyethylene film has a molecular weight around 300,000. By way of comparison carbon dioxide and water have molecular weights of 44 and 18 respectively. Due to its very high molecular weight , plastic has high tensile strength, toughness, and percentage of elongation it is remain in the environment for decades. We have special degradable additives which when mixed with normal plastic raw materials causes substantial decrease of molecular weight from one quarter million to an average of less than 4,000, leading to the rapid breakdown of the material..
